We offer packages for pick up, drop off and on site cooking
Half tray is approximately 5 lbs and has 15-20 servings
Full tray is approximately 10 lbs and serves 30-40
A lb of meat makes 3-4 sandwiches
A rack of ribs is roughly 12 ribs
Pick Up
Please give us 48 hours notice
We will have everything prepared in trays and ready to pick up and go.
We will arrive roughly 1 hour before event. We provide everything you need to serve your guests. Extra charges apply
Drop Off
Our BBQ cooks will show up on site with a grill and ready to serve. Hamburgers/cheeseburgers, hotdogs,all plates ,cutlery , sauces and chfing set up /
